hey whats up i have a 97 civic and my turn signal wont shut off when the steering wheel turns back. i have to manually click the lever back and it only does this when its cold. when it gets warm outside it works perfect. what causes this and how can i fix it? thanks for all your help

sounds like you need a new turn single switch thingy. Like the whole thing. Could be a simple thing though ?
