1) "what is the difference between NGK ZFR5F-11 Nickel Tip from ZFR5FGP Platinum Tip? which is a better choice?"

Between nickel and platinum would be conductivity and price. Better? both are good so buy the lower cost one.

2) "when replacing the ignition wires(spark plug wires) what brand should i look into?"

OEM is Prestolite, but good luck finding those new. NGK are very good. Better yet is to diagnose them for spark and if they test out okay save your money and do not replace them.

3) "and for fuel filters?"

Honda (OEM), Puralator, Fram, STP or any name brand.

Here is a good stickied thread on the best OEM equivalent maintenance items that you can buy at the major retailers.

https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-civic-del-sol-1992-2000-1/%5Bfaq%5D-your-guide-buying-quality-aftermarket-maintenance-parts-your-civic-3114911/

NGK or Denso for spark plugs (NGK = OEM mfr)
NGK or Denso for wires (Sumitomo = 92-95 Civic OEM mfr but can't ever find aftermarket; Prestolite = 96-00 OEM mfr so should be good also)
As long as you buy quality NGK and gap them correctly according to your manual, I don't think there will be a major difference. Platinum may last slightly longer, or it may just be marketing to make you purchase the more expensive one. Some people swear by it, others say get the cheapest OEM equivalent.

I usually buy a bunch of maintenance items at once and order online from Advance Auto. They are currently running a promo for $50 off $100.

$50 off orders over $100 for first 1000 customers
$40 off orders over $100 for next 1000 customers
30% off nearly everything for next 2000 customers

Enter promo code DOW46 at checkout.

Online only.

Buy online, pick up in store, or get FREE shipping on orders over $75.
Or else these codes never expire and are always good

ES123 - $20 off $50 (40% off)
TRT41 - $40 off $100
TRT30 - 30% off (no minimum)

3nd.
Rock Auto carries Prestolite wires and NGK plugs. As well as most if
not all of the brands mentioned for the fuel filter.
