tune up civic 99 lx

what do i need to change to do a full tune up to my civic 99 lx

New distributor cap, ALL NEW fluids, new wire set, spark plugs, new brake pads, rotors, new tires if needed.

pcv valve, air filter, cabin filter, oil change (included in the "all fluids") need to be changed too..
