Transmission ground strap mount?
Hey everyone, im in the process of switching all my motor mounts to innovatives. While going along trying to install the trans mount preping the area i disconnected the transmissions ground strap but the bolt snapped off in the small bracket that holds the strap in place. The bracket is held on by two 10 mm bolts. Any one have an idea of the part number of that bracket from honda? The car is a 95 civic si stock d16z6 im sorry ive tried searching but didn't get any good results... Id really appretiate any insight to this.

Hmm. I'd suggest going to a junk yard or a hardware store and finding a bolt. If it's a non-critical bolt - ie it only holds the ground wire, then I'd simply ground the wire to something else.

Re: Transmission ground strap mount?
Yeah the bolt head snapped off and i tried hitting the end of it out with a punch but it wouldn't budge the bracket kinda got mangled to say the least ha. I know it isn't the end of the world but id just rather have the legit replacement otherwise i will most deff find an alternate grounding point thanks for the suggestion. So any one else know the part #?

Well if you want to keep it looking legit I'd suggest drilling out the bolt and tapping it to the next size up provided there is enough metal to do so.
