Everytime I login, I see the following message:

I have over 5 posts and exceeded the 15 day prerequisite. Why is it still not letting me post in the classifieds? Also, I did not see a forum section where I could post this problem... Can someone please help me?

Moderators are shown at the bottom of the screen of every main forum page. Here are the ones for civic / del sol forum:
