i got a quiston about transmissions, is a 1995 honda civic LX transmission interchangable with a 1993 honda civic ex both automatic but different engine tyeps

I know the '96 - '00 automatics require a special puller, its a special honda tool, not for resale or loan, just for dealership techs. Not sure about the '92 - '95s. The EX transmissions are geared slightly different than all other models, same final drive but 4th is higher on the EX model to drop the RPM in overdrive. They are interchangeable though.
