Re: tires Bald inside (Targa250R)
the guy at midas alligned the front to factory specs. Im pissed cause i spen 200 some bucks just so that i dont run in this problem. Could i go back to midas and make a big deal bout it. I specifically said 0 camber on the front.

Let's see the specs, Dr. suspension.
What did you tell them to do?
Did you just hand the keys?
How long after the alignment?
How bad was it before and after?

Re: tires Bald inside (fast88std)
i told them 0 degree camber on the front. Its been about 2 months or so since i got it lowered. I got tein springs with skunk 2 camber kit up front. Took it to get alligned, told them 0 toe and 0 camber. I picked up the car, i asked them if they did what i asked and they said ya its factory specs. I looked at my front tires and the tirers are bald on the inside. For my rear tires i used some bigger bolts and it fixed the camber within .4 degrees of 0. The tires are worn pretty damn even. U think the guys at midas didnt tighten the camber kit enough and it un adjusted over time?

Re: tires Bald inside (tallyturbo)
You can noticeably tell if your camber is off. Just get behind your car and look at your tires. They should be like this: | |. Your's may be like this / \. Get an Ingalls, Skunk2, etc camber kit and be done with it.

people really dont read posts ehhh
that sucks that they're worn..but how did you not notice until they were all the way bald? Your car must be a little lowered so you definitely need to keep an eye on your tires...just turn the wheel every now and then...it'll take 10 seconds.
but seriously, most shops will show you a print out of your camber/toe when you brought it in, and where they got it...
when i was much younger i had a shop install my kit on my crx....they did a horrible job and the upper arm got stuck in the fender sheet metal...i had to pop it out and bang on it...
so yeah..don't just trust anything a shop tells you.

Re: (instrument)
check your toe angle, bad toe will wear tires down faster than exesive camber. post a pic of your car so we can see how bad your camber is
