Default timing marks for 93 del sol 1.5?

Cannot recall if the DOHC is a 1.5 or 1.6

regardless,

I have a Honda sel sol that looked like it slipped time one or two teeth. I timed it according to mitchel online. But I did not take off the harmonic balancer. Found the tensioner was a little sticky and just pulled up on the lever with a hook and made both sides of the belt tight. I set the three marks for the timming gear to the timing cover correctly but not sure about the harmonic balancer. There is three marks, then 1 mark about two inches away. Does anyone have a picture of the harmonic balancer where I should be aligning up TDC? Also, I put in a long 1/4 extension in #1 spark plus hole and moved the crank. It looks like that one solitary mark is right on when the extension stops moving when hand turning the crank. But getting no compression out of some of the spark plug holes.

I hate to say it hit the valves. While I did not see any slop in the rocker arms, I did not check it. How many teeth can a timing belt slip before the pistons hit the valves?
