Das Cenouras

So.. this is the story.. replace the engine (d16y8) on a honda civic ex year 2000 with another one.. same engine but from manual car.. replace the Throttle body because they were different... car works fine.. starts right the first time you turn the key.. did all from reading posts and youtube videos.. but im stuck at the idle problem.. i didnt do the learning process yet .. but the car also gets stuck at 5500 rpm and doest go over that... also ..another thing.. if i take the map sensor from the throttle body the rpms apparently go to normal.. if i put the map sensor back in the body .. the idle problem comes back. Any one has any idea on what can be wrong ?

ps: i have no check engine lights on.
