Re: Eg molding question?
Does it have to be OEM molding? Otherwise you could use the JDM replica molding from ebay/password JDM that sticks on w/ 3M tape. Honda used this method to attach molding for a while as well

measure out the holes on a junkyard car drill in the holes and clean them up with a dremel get clips or you could drill them out for round sitting clips if you can find them

As Wrona said, you can drill out the holes and square them off using a dremel. The one thing you should watch out for when drilling holes in the door and body panels is that you use a sharp bit, cutting oil, and don't press too hard so that you dent the panel. Let the bit do the cutting...it doesn't need much pressure. I'd put blue painter's tape over the areas you're going to drill and mark where you're going to drill with a sharpie. This will minimize the risk of having the bit "walk" on you.
The other thing you should do after you drill the holes is get some primer and paint and coat the exposed edges of your new holes, otherwise they'll end up rusting.

i have a brand new passwordjdm 3m tape on set of thin mouldings i bought when i had a cx, but sold the car. i think you could take normal mouldings with the 3m trim tape and pop out the clips and do that as well
