I read as much as i could on this site and other forums, but i have a problem with my 93 civic with a b16a swap. No air moving at all at any speeds. Checked Resistor, blower motor, fuses, relays. Any help would be great thanks

Are you saying that the the blower motor does NOT work (i.e., no air blows out from the cabin vents)?

I'm confused. You said "No air moving at all at any speeds." Please clarify.

Applied power to the squirrel cage out side of the car. And it tested good.

But the key question is: Does the blower fail to run when installed in your car?

Yes it fails to run in the car. That's what im trying to figure out. With power applied outside of the car its fine. So im trying to figure out why its not getting what it needs in the car.
