Default Swap

I have a 97 civic lx. I want to throw a B series motor in my car. I was wondering if I can pull everything I need off of an integra?

Search much? The answer would be "mostly".

if u do u have to get a b series it has to be obd2 b series ull run into alot less problems bro like for 1 check engine light and u can either use ur stock engine harness and the axles those im not to sure about ud have to do some research about the axles but everything else should be just fine also u should also invest in some innovative or avid mount there the cheapest compared to hasport.

I know what I need to do the swap. I was just making sure I can grab everything off of an integra and have it bolt on. All the research I did was telling me what integras could swap with integras and what civics can swap with civics

If you know what you need you should know what car/s to get it off of.
For example.

Why are you yelling?

It is common sense and everything else can be found with a search.

I can understand and totally respect being a Rookie when it comes to cars.

But not Google. This topic has been covered many times.

I am not here to answer the same question every day. It is really a shame that you have no understanding as to how this website works.

I understand how it may be frustraiting it may be for people who just come to have their question answered.

But as drake said "We are not here to answer the same question every day".

Which basically means we're not going to spoon feed people who don't help themselves. It's obvious that OP didn't do a search and came up with nothing because Grumble did a google search and found exactly what he was looking for. Even some information dating back to the early-mid 2000's, so the information is definitely there.

Pretty much what you're doing is coming in here and asking people to do the search/research that you didn't do are were incapable of doing. All I do is type your thread titles back into Google and somehow am able to find everything that you claim that you didn't/couldn't. Being new has nothing to do with it.

This is the tech generation. I thought people were supposed to be tech savvy around here? How is an old bastard like me better at it than the whippersnappers that are expected to be masters of it?

Young kids are lazy me thinks. I remember doing a swap in 99, it was tough and I had to gather data from a lot of "experts" in my area. Also there was a large amount of trial and error. I wonder if these kids would even try if the internet information was not available.
