Are you hearing a click under the driver's side dash from the relays or a click from the moonroof motor in roof?

Fuses 16 and 19 have nothing to do with the moonroof circuit.

Test 50A hood fuse 36, 20A dash fuse 14, and 30A dash fuse 1. My guess would be that fuse 1 is blown.
