If your exhaust smells like gas, the bogging, idle, and dying could also be partially related to the O2 sensor. Bad O2 sensor gives a bad reading, ECU reads the bad reading and sends too much fuel, ruins your gas mileage and floods your engine, ECU can't get the timing in the right range to make it run right, engine runs like ****.
I'm not saying your IACV isn't at fault, but it's definitely worth taking it step by step, instead of trying to hit it from 12 angles at the same time.

Àlright well i've been out for a while and im sorry but k back and this afternoon lll try to do something but first update was i went to a nother plave and i have 2 different types of plugs thats all for now but this weekend i hope yo do something
