Stolen/chopped 94 Hatch laid to rest at the bottom of my Driveway...
The cops came and gathered all the pieces last night. There was a 94 Hatch reported stolen from Fairfax, VA on 10/10/03 and it just turned up the night before last. This thing was chopped by what looked to be pro's. I'm sure the front clip is still in one piece somewhere, and the rest of the car was quartered and the roof detached. From what I could see in the dark, it looked like they used a recipricating saw and a torch to cut it up. I'm not sure if it had been modded at all, as there were 4 factory hubcaps mixed in with everything. Oh well... whoever lost it, has been notified by now. Anyone hear about **** missing a week ago, from Fairfax?

They just dropped the shell off at the bottom of your driveway? That's messed up.

No, I didn't get any pics... It was dark, and the cops came soon after I arrived home to find it. I went out shortly after and came home 3-4 hours later and everything had been removed. IT was a red Hatch though... They left one of the license plates down there, I'll see if we still have the number written down somewhere. Pretty strange though... I couldn't get over how clean all the cuts were. It was definately *not* someones first time at doing this. :-/
