stock fuel pump vs regulaor
ok i bought my eg shell with a high volume fuel pump, but i swapped in a stock sohc vtec motor and my car feels like its getting too much gas. so i was thinking if i should put back in a stock fuel pump or keep the high volume pump and put a fpr on the fuel rail with a fuel pressure gauge? which one would be better?

IMO, oem fuel pump. I had a walbro 255 in my car, and I put an fpr on it because I was running way to rich. The fpr didn't help much at all, then I switched back to an oem pump and cranked my fpr back up, and my car drives a lot better.

What I would do depends on what you plan on doing with the car.
If it's just going to have a stock SOHC motor and it's just going to be a beater I'd buy a stock pump and sell the aftermarket one.
If you're going to boost the car I'd keep the fuel pump that's in it now and get a FPR for it.
