steering wheel shakes/steering is off/rims shakes bad when hit small bumps HELP !!
I have a 94 civic ex and my steering wheels shakes when i hit little bumps it shakes hard, also I have brand new suspension and new front lower control arms when i hit a bump while driving slow my steering wheels shakes hard and also I hear a rattling noise in the fender well. I sounds like something is really loose but the lower control arm is perfect also suspension good. It makes a pow sounds with a loose vibrating sound what could possibly be the cause of this vibrating noise. also you can even see that when i go over small bumps the whole tire/rim shakes alot too. any sugestion

Check your tie rods, you can buy them at auto zone fairly cheap, make sure to get your car aligned after ya change em... sounds like that's your problem.

lift your front wheels off the ground.
grab the wheel at 12 and 6 and shake, up and down motion. this checks wheel bearings and ball joints.
do the same thing at 9 and 3 and this checks for tie rods.
mine does a similar thing, and my upper balljoint is caput
