Default Starting from scratch!

Ok so.. I bought a 1994 Honda Civic LX, 5 speed, with 210,000 miles on it. It was intended to be a daily driver but this car is so much fun I am moving it to project car status. So here is the skinny..

Under the Hood:
Previous owner had a cheap short ram air intake on it along with what I am pretty sure is just an aftermarket muffler. I just replaced the master and slave cylinder on the car to get it running. It now drives great and seems to have no major issues. Other than that its stock

Exterior:
The color of the car is hail damage witha hint of blue, it sits on the Integra GSR wheels wrapped in bald tires. Other than that its stock

Interior:
Stock

Suspension:
Stock

Everything else:
Stock

My goal is to have this car in good shape by the end of the summer. My inital thought is to get a better engine and tranny, rebuild, drop into car, and turbo.
Not knowing much about Hondas leaves me at the mercy of you guys. I am open to any thoughts, comments, questions, and ideas!
