My srs light lit up yesterday, I checked the ecu codes and I had the code 20(second oxygen sensor failure) and the other is 2(ELD). I really don't know why I have these codes since it's the srs light that is on and not the check engine? Why is it not the check engine that is telling me that my O2 sensor is bad since its part of the engine???

i'm sorry I have noted that the codes that the srs is telling me aren't ecu codes even if I have to jump the Ecu, it's the dtc codes right???

The SRS should flash a code shortly followed by a sub-code. Knowing the year and model would be a help also.

Yeah I have 2 long flashes followed by two short ones so it's the 2-2 code. I have the service manual and I checked the dtc chart and this code means that the dummy resistor that I have in my civic cx 97 without passenger is probably wrong but I cannot find this resistor, does anyone know where it is located

I would like to know where is the dummy resistor for the passenger air bag that I don't have, I know it is connected on the srs unit but I know where it is
