Default Spark Plug Wires coming apart..!!

Ok so when I took off my VC to do the paintjob "listed in my sig" the metal part that goes over the spark plug from the spark plug wire came off the wire an was stuck on the plug lol... since then its happened again on cylinder 2 so now I have 2 spark plug wires that have the connector part stuck on the spark plug.. The wires go back on fine it seems like but everytime i push down on the 2 that its happened to, they seem like they go on a little more firm so they might be coming off a little tiny bit or something once i take my finger off...

i dont notice any idleing differences, but is there a chance that im missing out on some spark just not enough to cause a problem..???

Yes, there's a good chance they aren't make sufficient contact. The wires aren't expensive to replace, so I'd pick up a new set.

thanks bro, i was thinking that same exact thing... for as inexpensive as it is, might as well fix it now before it causes problems later...

Ive done this a few times back in the day, i guess its all in the technique of actually pulling the wires out

must be lol... this has happened to me before too but before i dont remember being able to reuse the same wires, i just got lucky this time i guess... i've always stuck with OEM wires an plugs too, i hear to many horror storys about aftermarket ignition setups lol... the MSD 6AL was the setup i was gonna go with but my homeboys wires just straight up poppedd off the plugs an sat like 1/2" above the spark plug hole on the VC haha... his technique was magical no pulling involved haha...

Apply a coat of die-electric grease to the tips of the plugs.I also apply it to the cap side too.

And some anti-seize to the threads of the plugs.

See below
