Solid CEL = bad ECU?

Default Solid CEL = bad ECU?

Is it true that after jumping the ECU and if its a solid CEL it means the ecu is bad?

this guy can give you all the info you need expert and very nice email him and he will fix or let you know what to do to fix K.E.C. ecu chipping and email sportd16@hotmail.com

i have 1 96 dx ecu obd2a and some mystery ecu thats obd1

not all the time, a solid CEL can also means that there are no CEL stored.

The CEL remains solid, doesnt make any blinks. If no CEL is stored would the light remain on like this or?
