Silencer for 96-00 Civic Coupe Yonaka Catback
So I recently put this catback on with a 4-2-1 swap on my DX and found that I failed state inspection for it (randomly let them check when I brought the car into a shop to replace my lower motor torque mounts).
So I looked around for a silencer and don't see one from Yonaka(small company) and with the shape of the tailpipe I'm not sure what size to get.
the tailpipe is tapered on the end from ~3.33" ID to 4" ID on the last half inch or so. Looking at them I assume it 's supposed to be flush with the tip but with the taper it's hard to think I can
Any thoughts are appreciated!
(bolded question if TLDR)

Yes they said the exhaust needs to be as quiet as OEM exhaust is, looking at state law it just needs to be below 95db however they would actually measure that
On the Yonaka site, it doesn't list any silencers in the full product list or any category I can find.
Thanks

If you purchased this for a DX and you also bought a 4-2-1 header than its obvious you're missing one other thing. The cat converter, which does help to lower the db. Yes I know because I had the same issue.

It would be WAY too loud without the cat for sure- as it is the exhaust shakes my apartment's window panes if I'm somewhat backed up to the house while idling

Nope, I got a test pipe with my header, but I picked up a stainless cat before I installed it all, bolted up from header to tailpipe in December once I had everything and splice extended the downstream o2 sensor wires
It would be WAY too loud without the cat for sure- as it is the exhaust shakes my apartment's window panes if I'm somewhat backed up to the house while idling
So would I be looking for a silencer with a ~4" OD to mate to the 4.03" ID at the very end of the muffler tip (and probably need to bend the silencer in addition to drilling the holes for it). Sorry it's a nub question but I just want to make the install as easy as I can, with doing it properly

just get a stock exhaust(they are cheap used) why do ppl think they are "cool" with a loud slow car, I love rollin' coal on kids like you with my truck. The very definition of ricer I bet you're under 20 y/o or at least I hope you are smfh.

I didn't want a loud car- but where I live, road salt eats through cars so I wanted stainless- and with a system I could put together by myself my options were 1: pretty loud but with a deep tone, and 2: every other fart can- I tried.. It's my DD to my IT job I'm at 45-60hrs a week and I work on it to distract me, sorry that it offends you
