side markers messed up my lights?

side markers messed up my lights?
my passenger side marker wires got tore up with my tire the wires crossed and now none of service lights work?
no rear lights or side lights.
my head lights work, so do my brake lights and my signals. but no running lights
what could'a happende i checked all my fuses and all good.
please help me! thanks.

I worked on an 06 Si a couple weeks ago that had the exact opposite problem. It had hazards and signals but no headlights or brake lights. I had to pull out eletrical schematics to trace the system. It turned out to be a fuse that your car doesn't have but if you tell me what year it is I may be able to give you some troubleshooting tips

Newer civics have a 40/50amp combination fuse. that's what it was with the Si. the 50amp controls headlights and brakelights and the 40 amp controls the other lights

i took the car to and auto electric shop.... and turne out to be a fuse. i checked them but i missed that one. it cost me 20 bucks for a change out. sux but i'm just happy they work now.
