can you buy a shift kit for a 1993 Civic EX?

You can order a new Torque Converter, or send the current one off to get tinkered with.

A torque converter is not a shift kit.

TCI makes a master overhaul kit. They also make a high stall converter, both for D series only. I love built trans.

I'm assuming this "master overhaul" kit basically replaces all of the gaskets, valve thingys, rings, you name it, any small piece that wears over time it should replace. I'm pretty sure they make them for more than just the D-series. If they don't, I'd believe it to be b/c the D-series is far more common than the B-series. Good luck finding something worthwhile and cheap.

i've never heard of them for hondas before only domestics, so i wouldnt know if the ones that are being talked about consist of the same things.
