Default Seat belt dash light!

I'm putting in some sparco's and transfering over the stock seat belt connector to the rails, will the seat belt dash light stay on after I remove the factor seats? I have heated leather seats in my 4dr Acura 1.6EL, which is basically a 4dr civic EX. There is a small wiring harness on the seat that will come out with it, as i have to unclip that portion to remove the factory seat.

Thanks

if im not mistaken your seatbelt light won't come on if that plug is disconnected. but the seatbelt light won't function for its intended purpose either. so basically if you have that plug disconnected, and the car is on with the seat belt not plugged in the seatbelt light wont come on.

even if the light comes on when you remove the connector, you can just pull the bulb

If you are swappin the seat belt connector, the light shouldn't be an issue. As long as you swap it out and plug it back like it was, should be fine. Your heated option will be lost of course... lol
