What he said was 100% understandable, so get off your high horse. I never read, let alone post in this fourm anymore, and you just reminded me why.
The rotors and the pads should work from a USDM ITR. They share the 11.1 inch rotor and "should" have the same offset. The Calipers should be the same, but I don't know this for a fact.
You can use legend, NSX, 92-96 Prelude Vtec, and ITR calipers on all 11.1 inch rotors with out a problem, but some (nsx and 4 door legend) have more then one piston, so the pad may be different in surface area and size, but the thickness should all be the same.
Its the 4 lug 114.3 or whatever setup that you might run into a problem with. I have no idea what that setup consists of rotor size and caliper wise.

Oh, is that what you wanted. Calm down bitches, I just need people to be specific and not have me guess all the time, how the hell am i suppose to assume Type-R means Integra Type-R? Come on...
Now...
The Civic Type-R EK and Integra Type-R DC2 take the same front rotors, calipers, and pads. The rear they take the same pad and rotor, though I cannot verify the calipers are identical. Your brake parts between your Civic Type-R brakes and ITR brakes are the same for replacement parts.
But if its a whole Civic Type-R brake setup, knuckles and trailing arm, then don't call it 5-lug cause thats just a hub, not entire brake setup.

Yes, lets go around saying, well i have Hub 5 lug ctr or full 5 lug ctr...
The rear trailing arm on all civics/crx/del sol from 89 to 00 and the 90-01 integra are the exact same part. They just have different length toe, camber, and Lower control arms attached to them. You can even take the 5 large torx bolts out of the back of the rear hub and swap them to any rear disk/drum hub from any year.
