It could be a ball joint, wheel bearing, or some debris in the brake caliper.
Raise the car on the side that is in question. Check the for play on the tire. Grab the tire from the 12 o'clock postion and 6 o'clock position and try to move it. If it moves, you need a new wheel bearing.
If it doesn't move, check the caliper area. This means you'll have to remove the wheel and inspect the caliper.
As for ball joints, not really sure how to diagnose them for damage.

how much life left on the brake pads? i had this and it was the squeeler not on fully, the rotor must have been warped a little and it just touched on one spot on the rotor.

Thanks TGO.. I'll give those a shot.
Not exactly sure but it sounds like its coming from the inner cv joint area. Any more ideas?

Is your car swapped? If so, you can swap the axles to see if the sound follows the axle. It could very well be a CV joint. I would imagine that the sound would intensify while you are turning in a particular direction.

i had the same problem, it would shake really bad at higher speeds and click when i slowed down. thought it was a wheel bearing, took it apart and bearing felt fine, ended up being a cv joint on a 500 mile old axle.

The car is not swapped. It doesn't make the noise when turning, only right when coming to a stop. Also when I turn the steering wheel left just til the wheel is sideways I hear a knock that sounds like its coming from above the driver side wheel. WTF is wrong w/ my car? This sucks ***!
I might just take my car to Honda to get an alignment and hopefully they'll check everything.

Same thing happened to my friends car but when we put in a new axle it still clicked occasionally. Still haven't figured it out.
