92 eg ls swap????
During this upcoming summer im planning on swapping in an ls out of a 94 integra, from what i have gathered its basically a drop in swap with a hydro shift trans/cvc's and what not. im planning on going with a p28 due to all the available tuning options. this is my first swap but im heading into it with confidence. any info from others that have previously done this swap would be much appreciated. thanks tons.

Re: 92 eg ls swap????
I did the ls swap on a different hatch of mine, did just what NVturbo said and it worked beautifully. Its good your starting out with the hydro tranny cause i started out with a cable one and it was a pain. Wound up switching to hydro after only a month. If you plan on having ac tho you gotta get a compressor bracket off a del sol or crv i think was what i had to use. Thnx to other honda tech members that saved me from sweating my *** off during the summer. Good luck with the swap

^^^ almost correct. For A/C connection with a B-series swap, you have to acquire one from a B16 Del Sol DOHC VTEC. They sell the brackets for around $60+, while using the stock Civic compressor, lines, etc.
eghatch90, since you have the motor out, do yourself a favor and replace the timing belt, water pump, belt tensioner, front main seal (oil pump seal), rear main seal (behind the flywheel) along with the clutch. It is 1000000x easier to do all this work when the motor is not in the car.
