Anybody know how to remove the center console on a 99-00 Civic? I need to pull out the radio so that I can get the serial number for the radio, I lost the code.

Screws underneath.....look up from laying down on the passenger side floor.

pulled those out, is there anything else? I was trying to pry it off, but it seems a little on the weak side, and I don't want to break it.

So you removed the panel and then removed the screws that hold the console in place?

After that you must disconnect all the electrical connections inside.....some are short and must be disconnected before fully pulling out the console.

I unsrewed it first, but I was trying to pull it off, and it seem like it was still being held by something other than screws and metal tabs that it pops into, is there anything else holding it like other hidden screws?

Nope. Just the connections.....pull the antanne out of the back of the radio....that will sometimes full you as if you havn't disconnected everything.

You are talking about the panel underneath the AC and defroster buttons that has the power outlet on it, right?

There are bolts that hold that piece on that you can only get too by taking off the panel under the steering wheel and taking out the glove box. Once you've done that, you'll be able to take that panel completely off.
