Icon7 Reinforcement Bar Removal

I was wondering if anyone knew how to remove the reinforcement bar on the front bumper of a 1999 Honda Civic EX?

i agree only do that if its just for race not DD.. if its DD you can take off the rear but still it doesnt weigh that much to make a difference.. try taking off the sound tar if you really want to get light.
