The rebirth of 1994 DelSol

Re: The rebirth of 1994 DelSol
you bet!!!!!
I don't usually check the builds 'cause they're normally done in the US where parts availability is not even compared to what we can access in Europe...at least price wise!
Anyway this came in the newsletter and got me right in the eye! I can't say I personally love every decision but each person has its tastes and I don't have anything to do with it. But the build has so much quality and dedication to it, that even so, I really appreciate it!!
I am just hopping he didn't give up
BRINGS US SOME UPDATES!!! :D

Hey man! no news still?
I hope it is for a good cause, like getting more parts, and not because of what everyone hears and watches in the news everyday concerning the south of Turkey, affecting your daily life
Congrats from Portugal! to you and everyone following the thread,
Ricardo Santos

The "ABS" system update
Let's get in the car to the other radical upgrade.
I think the ABS most important security on a sport street car!
Okay Its straight road brake system will already be good enough with WILLWOOD set, but in cornering in the wet partial road ABS saves lives!
Old ABS, which covers both very place 1994 Honda manufactured by both technology and its like a 1lt soch vtec motor huge and ugly looking thats why i need to dıscart it :D one more think, You know, it is located in the trunk of a brain of the ABS unit...
it will be a serious upgrade , it wouldnt be a bolt on kit , I do not even know if this been done before? However, unfortunately I could not find any example when I search on google
[B]In the photo above, the new ABS unit on the left and on the right you can see the old, huge different ! :D , Our new ABS unit works very compact, all-in-one, the pump and the brain, its from +2005 Civic and Bosh made.
[B]This system has provided us was an enormous change field width, You know 68mm Skunk2 throttle larger than the stock one and when i put the SC the throttle came down more, it was leaning on the old ABS, did not fit, This is another reason of the ABS changes already, one more think, batery will go to trunk than we have gained great place for power steering

Have you looked into the input/outputs for the ABS control module you will be using? It needs to see the speed sensor signal but does it need anything else? I don't see how you will get it to work properlly but good luck with it.

Yes we controlled input/outputs that i will be using one. we controlled the all 4 sensor at the wheels, They will fully fit with the new ABS unit. I need to modify all input/outputs for my base metal brake hoses. But iam shure it will work good enough

I dodnt think it needs the speed sensor? I think speed sensor using with the ESP unit , maybe ?

Re: The rebirth of 1994 DelSol
It 100% needs a speed sensor, it's a later model ABS system. The only concern would be electronics, something needs to be bodged up there.. otherwise it should work all fine.
