Very interesting to see some make their own heat ex-changer for intake air cooling.

Concearning the abs, most 2001+ Cars get the vehiclespeed from the abs unit. The weelsensors provide the signal and the abs sends it via can bus to cluster and ecm.
If this unit has can data lines it will be a pain to get it working. You need a didital decoded signal for rpm so abs knows the engine runs and system works.

Just spent the past 45 minutes reading this ENTIRE thread! VERY nice build! Just purchased a clean black 93 Sol a month ago. Can't wait for the next updates..... On edge like waiting for the next weekly TV episode to come on :-P

Awesome build!

Glad you kept posting and please do not stop. What are your plans for the car? Show, race, occasional driver?

Incredible, I cannot believe the amount of detail and finesse that went into this car! Should be amazing when it is driven!

After a few small parts more gracefully paint .......

the water intercooler cooling circuit assembly. As you know, I had the SCR buried in the cooling system intake manifold. I use the hose as computer systems, liquid cooling of Tygon silicone hose I use the equipment for 13 / 19mm, I think enough of the future, Bosch at the pump.
I've also made from aluminum tubing fluid reservoir, unfortunately none of its production fotot

Made in MSG,

we decided to use Oil catch tank .

If you notice in the bottom right corner in this photo, you will see the aluminum tank, that I did for SC liquid cooling system.

We are seeing a great build here. I hope it works out great in the end. For the ABS (anti-lock brakes) you will need speed sensors at each wheel. It looks to me like the speed sensors from a '94 civic ex 2 door would work, as long as their output voltage is correct.

'94 Civic Front Spindle:
1994 Honda Civic 2 Door EX (ABS) KA 4AT Knuckle - HondaPartsNow.com

'94 Del Sol Front Spindle:
1994 Honda Del Sol 2 Door V-TEC KA 5MT Knuckle - HondaPartsNow.com

'94 civic ex rear spindle
1994 Honda Civic 2 Door EX (ABS) KA 4AT Rear Brake (Disk)

'94 Del Sol Rear knuckle
1994 Honda Del Sol 2 Door V-TEC KA 5MT Rear Brake (Disk) (SI,V-TEC)

Notice the abs wire harness is available for the civic but not for the del sol. You will also need the rear bearings from the civic because they have the tone ring on them. You may still need to use sensors from the car the abs unit came from, so that the output signal from the sensors is correct! The front axles may have to be from a civic too unless you can get the del sol ones with toner rings! Good luck man I have faith in you!

I had a very cliche information about cars and mechanics, When I started this project, I didn't know issues.but I did alot of DIY sub-project had to do it myself, I had to make and produce. !

Now software turn!!!

for using AEM COP kit, it was necessary to do the jumper settings by opening the ems, 2 motherboard
pretty hard and controlled would require the use of force, so I assume this task to my mechanics Mustafa.. [/B]

"I googlela" I search from Youtube, I blend the technical and information support from Mustafa.. my mechanics, than I wrote a base map , it works well but advances @55 also hold the engine worked, also afr so high, after a while, do not worry I fix advances, iam the new shining mapper , now not-so-famous tuner Alper also fix the amnesty y :D However, it is called teamwork,

Awesome!! Man you are almost done, and the car runs! It sounds good too! Sounds like there is some belt/pulley noise from the supercharger? Be;t too long or loose? Too much boost? Maybe need a bigger pulley, or an electromagnetic clutch to turn the SC on and off!

Also, I don't know about your car, but in my '94 Civic VX I installed hard engine mounts and they made the inside of the car rattle so bad! I had to go back to stock mounts Let me know how the polyurethane mounts feel.

Thnx dude,..

sounds came from the open air filter It comes a little noise from crank pulley too, little vacillates, i think its not balanced and its shakes the belt.
Our boost gauge is not working now, i didnt see the boost

Default exhaust system

Next step is the installation of the new 3" exhaust line. The system was made plug&play for my car, in here. it was special assembly held by Mustafa.

! You know, I'm at the beginning of the project, I bought a 3" HKS muffler type of Varex and It was fully compatible with the current muffler housing .However, after changing my DIY new rear diffuser, it was looking large and striking appearance, I thought to attract the attention of the police, that I decided to change the Varex type to dual output.. unfortunately, dual output varex is a huge muffler boiler, it didnt fit the stock muffler housing . thats why, We decided to open a new extra place with brute force

Then I gave up the effort on the ground with brute force I'm not satisfied with the current view

The show begins.... with all explains with photos ..

Wow I can't believe all the work you put into making the exhaust fit, but it does look good. Will you still have room for the spare tire?

On the crank pulley, make sure it is tight (500 nm?) and if that's not the problem, take the pulley off and run the engine to check if the crankshaft itself is bent.

I wonder if pressure in the SC is causing the belt to jump around.
