yeah, recently bought a 95 honda civic and it needs both rear struts replaced. it appears the car has been driven a few months already on the bad struts which are rattling. I've gotten a few estimates for the repair but

What is a reasonable price for both rear strut replacements?
Do the mounts need to be replaced or how could you tell if they do?
I wouldn't need an alignment after this right?

save your self the money and do it yourself...
or just buy all new suspension and do it all at once.

do you wonna lower the car or not?
I would expect like $30-50 if you have someone from honda-tech do it, or someone that you know. Rears could be a bitch sometimes because the bolts like to rust inside the sleeves of the bushings and you will need to hacksaw the bolt of and then either drill it out or just replace the whole bushing. So it all depends how nasty it will get.
