What sensors are a MUST?
D16z6, never runs through emissions and doesnt see much time on the road. Looking to eliminate a lot of underhood wiring at the same time I tuck and shave the engine bay. What sensors on the engine are absolutely needed in order for the car to run and idle correctly at all times?

Ummmmm....all of them, except for the evap purge solenoid on the back of the I/M that will not cause it to run differently or throw a CEL.

Re: What sensors are a MUST?
Well, I had my H22 on eCtune, and the only sensors left on the engine were for VTEC, oil pressure and water temp really. I had no IAB's, no O2, IACV, FITV, etc.

Re: What sensors are a MUST?
I don't care about a CEL.
And it ran correctly?
I figure all the wiring needed for it to run correctly would be:
Distributor
Alternator
Fuel Injectors
MAP
TPS
Any other helpful input?

LOL ecu grounds and IAT would be nice. VSS and reverse lights are pretty dandy too. oil pressure light, coolant temp and fans help out too. IAC if it neeeds to start in the cold
