Icon3 Real low idle & non-start after turning off

Any time we shut it off, then try to re-start with-in 10 minutes, it wouldn't start. Also the idle was really low.
We replaced the fuel pump relay($50.00). It corrected both problems. We still have the check engine light coming on with code 43, so we are still looking at other issues within the fuel system. It runs great and we think it gets a little better gas mileage. Hope this helps someone.
The only problem that we had with replacing this was that the new one was shaped a little different. It plugged in just fine but was a little tall. So we could not mount it where it was mounted before. Right now it is dangling. We thought we would tape it up.
