Must have been looking in the wrong place. I have a 99 EBP, my little brother has a 99 FBP, and I have a friend with 2 EBP's, a FBP, and a red one for sale right now. Each for less than $10k.

It's true.... two years was just not long enough... I was lucky, I found one with 26K on it, the first day it went on the market... so I just had to snag it...
I love this Slow *** Civic

i thought i was lucky when i found my 99 for 13,200 with 72k miles, bad paint on the front bumper, chipped paint on the hood, 6 dents, and a clicking clutch master cylinder. ******* used car salesemen.
but i like it just as much as i would if i paid 10k for it.

damn Si's were so hard to find...either price was too high, or used, but salvaged ..so i bought mine salvaged for 9,500, then was stolen exactly a week later, and the guy who sold it to me got arrested!

they were nice...but its easy to turn an EX into an si...just lip, skirts, grille, wheels, cluster, and shift **** and you're done...heh
Si's are only really worth anything for the EBP fans...the 160HP B16 isn't all that impressive...its only half a second faster in the quarter than the EX...better to get an EX then drop a JDM B18C in for the same $$

dont forget front sway bar, front LCA's, rear sway bar, springs and dampers, amber dash lights, exhaust, brakes, front seats, and the B16 swap of course
theyre good auto-x cars. they already have a somewhat powerful motor and alright suspention. i auto-x'd my stock Si with only spare tire removed and my best time was about 1 second slower than my friends stock Type R with rear seats removed. i wish they weren't so heavy though, honda could have at least made a 1.8L for it so you dont have to wait so long to get moving.

You are way off...15,000 per year (5,000 of each color) for both 1999 and 2000.
30,000 made, for two years, 3 colors, and probably half of them have been totaled or stolen

not to mention shiftboot, leather wrapped steeing wheel, front strut tower bar, trim-level badging, front H garnish, rear seats (diffrent patern), etc...
I am sure there is something else.

That is correct.
30,000 total produced for both years
15,000 per year (5,000 of each color)

There is a pic of one of the FBP ones in the for sale section of our forum.
