push-button ignition 99 si
id like to bypass the ignition switch and clutch switch and put in a hidden push-button ignition. does anyone have a simple diagram? i have an idea of what to do, but a diagram would help. i searched but didnt see much.
do i just need a wire from + battery terminal to a button, then to the signal post on the starter solenoid?
the car is a stock 99 civic si w/b16a2

they didnt bypass anything though. they just spliced into the ignition switch. i want to bypass the clutch switch and ignition switch. just to buy me some time. ill eventually track down the issue and fix it right

You just turn the key to shut off the car...... All you need to do is jump the clutch switch. splice into the ignition harness. You need to find the wire that triggers the starter-cut relay.
