Problem with Windshield Wiper... Wiper motor problem?
I have this problem with my wipers. When it's turned on, it'll periodically over rotate, slamming down on the cowl and sometimes going over the windshield. I was wondering if it's the motor's failure? if not, what is it? If so, then what part of the wiper motor is it? and can it be a part that can be replaced without getting a new wiper motor, because a new wiper motor cost over $150 for OEM. So what's causing this over rotation of my windshield wipers?

they just need to be moved over a notch on the wiper arm thingy that bolts ity down..
