Default Problem with Momo Steering Wheel Installation

I need your help H-T'ers. Got a Momo Tuner Steering wheel and an Ek hub for my 99 hatch. I took out the stock steering wheel with out any problems (this is not the first time). I put the new Tuner in and screw in the bolt, turned the wheel, but it's a very stiff turn, and my wheel does NOT turn, only a little bit at a time as I turn the steering wheel more and more.

I double and triple check everything, but I don't know what's causing the problem. I put the stock steering wheel back on and everything is fine, wheels turn, no stiffness or anything.

Anyone with the same problem? BTW, I searched...did not help.

Appreciate your help guys!!!

Perhaps you should take some pics of the hub and wheel installed. I've never experienced a problem with aftermarket wheel / hub combinations in any car... *pondering*

are you sure you got the right hub for your car?? If you can get pics that would make it easier for us to understand the problem
