Default PLZ NEED HELP: Map Sensor malfunction

Hi guys im in a bad place and could really use assistance. Ive had many people look at my car and ive been messing with this for 5 months now and so im down to my last resort which is help from you all i would really appreciate your insight.

I have searched and searched and found nothing on thia i have come accross a prelude forum where some guy sounded like he had same issue but never got answers..

Now for the car and issue.

1999 honda civic dx hatch
Jdm h22a swap obd1
Obd2 - obd1 jumper harness
Chipped p28 h22 base map

Ok so for starters my car acts just as a bad map sensor would act except i know my map is good ive bought 4 differnt maps even took a couple off friends cars and still nothing. My car will not start with map plugged in when running with map unplugged runs like its cammed and as soon as i plug map in it idles up for a sec sounds to be clearing up then dies. Car only stays running 2-3 seconds when i plug map in. I took a voltage meter to my buddies car and mine and both get exact same readings so i do not know what to do from here. My car throws no map sensor code or anything? Ive checked my vqcum line from map to throttle body im just lost and confused???? Can anyone help me ??

So if anyone could please help i would appreciate i can answer any questions for you and if maybe u need pics of anything i can email them to you thanks

With the MAP sensor connected, will the engine start? If not, does the fuel pump prime? Is there spark at the plugs? Are any CEL codes thrown? Have you tried swapping in a known good ECU?

Will not start with map plugged in.. Fuel pump does prime. Only check e is o2 and tps cause i havnt had it calibrated yet. I plugged in my buddies ls ecu starts n runs but after a min it throws code n runs like crap n eventually runs like my ecu..

Is there spark at the plugs with the MAP sensor connected when engine won't start?

If you plug in the MAP sensor, but unplug both the TPS and O2 sensor, will the engine start?

Also unplug the TPS to see whether the engine starts with the MAP sensor plugged in. A miscalibrated TPS would not generally throw a TPS code.

With the MAP sensor plugged in, the CEL blinks codes for the O2 sensor and TPS when the service connector is jumped, right? After it blinks those two codes, does the CEL stop blinking and then remain on steady? Or do those two codes repeat over and over again?

Does your engine have an EGR system?
