All B20B's are from Japan. The Orthia had the P8R head and is rare to find. The P75 head is used in all B20's no matter what platform. Except the ORthia.
B20's in US spec always have the Z and a number after.
ex- B20Z4
Anyone looking for more info on the B20 and head differences can be found here: https://honda-tech.com/all-motor-nat...ation-1467903/

Ron do you have any idea what the markings on the underside of my hood are? They are written in the same ink as the gas tank markings. Seems to indicate 16/76 or 76/76 perhaps indicating build number for the hx? And the number above it I assume is the quality control inspectors number
Also my head stampings on the left by the coolant are upside down

Yeah noticed a couple of additions prior to your last reply in Feb 11th that wasn't added so wasn't sure if you missed them or were to busy to maintain the post so I thought I'd help carry the torch.
Hope you don't mind.

Your ZC is added. The car make model and trim has been excluded. I believe that is an engine swap into that car and not the original engine. I do believe it's an OBD2 Vtec SOHC ZC though.

D16y7 5MT, USDM 1998 DX coupe, head code P2F-HA-3. Head is OEM. I bought the car from Honda dealer certified used in 2001.
EDIT: I misread this photo and the head itself because of dirt. I just rechecked... the code is P2F-HA-3. Original text has been edited. Sorry.

Re: Please post head codes from your Honda engines here
Typically the roller rocker was only on vtec-e heads.
You can also tell by turning the cam shaft and noticing only 3 of the 4 valves open significantly in a cylinder. Vtec engagement I believe is what caused all 4 valves to open normally.
Also look for a year casting stamp. We might not know what car it's from but we can at least isolate what year it's from.

Re: Please post head codes from your Honda engines here
thanks , there is actually no casting stamp of the year (exhaust port right corner) . i bought that head and guy said its from a D16Z6 motor
and someone on this page said head code looks like a D16W5/D16W7.
D16z6 only has Torque: 106 lb·ft (14.7 kg/m, 144 Nm) . power 125 bhp (92 kW,
D16w7 has Torque: 112 lb·ft (15.5 kg/m, 152 Nm) power 122 hp (91 kW) supplied from wikipedia.org

Re: Please post head codes from your Honda engines here
I can tell you, it's not a Z6 guaranteed. Z6 did not have roller rockers. As far as I know only vtec-e motors used roller rockers. So D15Z1, D16Y5 etc.
Like I mentioned, if you spin the cam, only 3 of the 4 valves should open fully per cycle. this will confirm it's a vtec-e head.
