Okay so 1CaMw0nDeR recommends replacing the thermostat gasket and while I am in there, change the thermostat as well. It is true that the car has 142K miles on it and so far as I know, a wrench has never been put to the thermostat housing. Good chance that 1CaMw0nDeR is right and thermostat housing loosened up a bit since never being tightened down ever, gasket blew a little bit on bottom edge, and now a tiny water leak is there. I drove the car today, got it hot, and looked for any dripping or spraying water. Could not see any but this gasket needs to be done.

The new gasket appears to be a neoprene rubber O-ring type of thing. It is formed to fit, O shaped on the edges, with a rubber flange inside and rubber nubs that would go into index holes and line up the gasket ***'y. Normally when changing a thermostat gasket, I scrape off the old one and put the blue silicone gasket sealer on the gasket and install the gasket. But that was for paper type gaskets, not a rubber O-ring. So do Honda thermostat gaskets need gasket sealer or not? If the gasket comes out clean and the new one installs clean, then no sealer? If corroded or not clean, the figure out what to do I guess. Then I will be asking more questions and posting pictures.
