hey i just picked up a ecu from the junk yard for 80 bucks for my mini me swap and i was wondering if it will work i know the p28-A01 will but i didnt know about a02 so just checking by the way its going in a 93 cope with a d15/b7 buttom and a z6 head thanks for any help ... also while im asking dumb questions anyone know a good right up on wireing up a vtec head to a p28 ecu in a non vtec car thanks in advance

A01 - 92-93 SI/EX
A02 - 94-95 SI/EX
auto trans would be 5 instead of 0.
cali emissions would be L instead of A.
general rule on OBD1 ECUs
first letter means DM (JDM/USDM/etc)
second means trans (0=manual, 5=auto)
third means version (0=early, 1=later, 2=even later, you get the idea)
A02 - 94-95 SI/EX
