Default P0740 check engine light problem

I have the check engine light. P0740 tcc circuit malfunction. What can I check to fix this I tried everything I can think of? Nothing is wrong with the transmission it shifts with no problem and the fluid is full and fresh genuine Honda tranny fluid. I reset ecu and PCM by removing thE fuse for it and it went off then I went 55mph and stayed for few minuutes and it came on it's done this a few times all at 55mph. Please help. Thank you

I changed the top solenoid I think its the lockup solenoid.

I have a d16y8 head with a d16y7 block could this have anything to do with it?

The transmission was just changed the old one had gear problems, they were slipping.

Please carefully read the diagram.

-Have you checked for additional codes that blink from the D4 light when the service connector is jumped?

-Have you checked the line pressure?

Check at auto parts and tool stores for the necessary gauges and adapters. Otherwise you are left with replacing the transmission and torque converter.

So you have no idea whether the transmission is over or under filled with ATF? Find a dipstick at a junk yard.

should i check the resistance of the linear solenoid and shift solenoid. Also could it be a speed sensor or engine temperature coolant sensor?
