My car recently failed my state inspection due to some lower ball joints and bald tires.

I was looking to order the ball joints off of Majestic Honda and then have them installed, but I just was hoping for some confirmation that I am looking at the right part..

If my car was cited as needing "LF lower ball joint" and soon "RF lower ball joint", would I just need two #3's on the illustration? Thanks.

correct. lower ball joints are the same left and right.

I was also told my left front strut is leaking and may need to be replaced soon, any idea where on Majestic I would find this part?

hard to find a strut when the car doesn't have one

it's under front shock absorber.

The strut is the entire assembly - you just need the shock absorber (part #4).
