Only #3 cylinder fires on B20 swap into EG
1993 Civic DX
B20Z2 from a 2000 CRV
OBD1 distributor from 1995 Integra LS
DX wiring harness
P06 ECU
94 Integra LS intake manifold
99 Integra LS transmission
So I completed the swap, but when I tried to start it, only one cylinder was firing. I determined it was the #3 cylinder by misting a bit of water on the exhaust manifold and only the #3 runner dried up.
All four plugs are getting good strong spark. I tested by putting the plug on the end of each ignition wire and placed it on the aluminum distributor base.
I checked the firing order on the distributor. Looking at the distributor from the passenger side and going clockwise, top right is #4, bottom right is #2, bottom left is #1, top left is #3.
Ignition wire resistance ranged from 7.4 kOhm (#4 wire), to 11.7 kOhm (#1 wire).
I can hear the fuel pump kicking on when I turn the key.
I can smell gasoline coming out of the exhaust after cranking, but I checked the injector supply voltage anyway. It was 13.9 volts on each injector lead.
The resistance of the injectors was 11.7 Ohms on each injector.
I double checked all my wiring. I could not plug in the vehicle speed sensor because the rubber seal inside the VSS is all dorked up, but that shouldn't stop the engine from running.
This is not my first B-series swap into an OBD-1 car. I'm not sure what the problem is, and I'm kinda stuck. Could anyone think of what I should check next? Any suggestion would help. And please let me know if there is any other information I need to share.

Re: Only #3 cylinder fires on B20 swap into EG
Thanks for the help guys, but I figured it out.
After fiddling with the injectors for a while, the #3 and #4 cylinders were firing. So I figured the injectors may simply have been stuck from sitting in the boneyard for god knows how long. I removed the injectors and replaced them with the injectors from my old D15. Sure enough she fired right up and was purring like a kitten.
