Default Oil pan gasket on 2000 Civic with b16 swap

My oil pan is leaking like a sieve. The gasket is bad. I have a new one and am going to replace it. How long does it take? I read online some places say it's a 2 and a half hour job? Car is a 2000 ex coupe with a b16 swap.

Generally speaking the job pays 2 hours. if you're a tech.

There are a few factors that go into whether the job takes 1 hour or 3.

Do you have a 1 piece or two piece header/exhaust a-pipe? You need to remove it to get the pan out.

Will the old gasket be baked on so badly that you have to use a torch to heat it up, and scrape it off, or will it peel off easily allowing you to simply cookie the old Hondabond/RVT sealant off that remains?

I've seen the most competent, fast techs do that job in in 45 mins. I've also seen the exact same tech have it take 3 hours because he quite literally had to remove a one piece header and torch the old pan gasket off, then wire wheel the pan gasket mating surface because someone used an entire tube of RVT sealant all over the pan and gasket.
