GSR Swap Smoking????
Hey guys I have a 93 hatch with a 97 b18c1 Gsr swap 112k on the motor...I pulled the gsr swap out of my personal integra and swapped it in my hatch...Now my problem the motor has been smoking ever since the first day I swapped it but never smoked while it was in my integra..........The smoke is light grey to bluish so its burning oil and also going through about half qt of oil every couple weeks also didnt do that in my integra
Here is what I have done....Warm dry compression test was 180 wet compression test was also 180 did not go up or down...Good right
Block leak down test...6% leak in all 4 cylinders..Good right'..Thinking rings are good
I just replaced my valve stem seals 3 days ago and didnt help...Pretty sure I did them right
The car smokes when I first start it up in the morning but then goes away...Then starts smoking above 4,000 rpms and sometimes its real bad sometimes I cant notice it.....If I drive normal It doesnt smoke at all
So my mods are basic with just intake,Headers,Highflow cat,and 2 1/2" cat back......Full wire tuck so The charcoal can is removed...And also my o2 sensor I had to install at the end of my cat towards the back of the exhaust....
Thank you for reading all that I tried to be clear and put in as much info as I could.....So I am asking where else and what else could cause this smoke....Besides rings

Re: GSR Swap Smoking????
Hows your timing doing? For my swap I eyeballed adjusting the distributor when getting it to run. Then I always found it having no oil in the engine. That is until my friend used the timing gun to adjust it.

Actually I think my distributor timing is off I didnt time it with a light I just eyeballed it as well and I have been getting some backfires
Not sure it would cause the smoking
