Default oil leak on d16z6 -- cam seal, crank seal, or oil pan gasket?

I have a very slow oil leak on my z6 engine. The oil only leaks when thee engine is warmed up. I can see the oil dripping from the bottom of the lower timing belt cover.

Yesterday I replaced the cam seal (the old one looked very tired). The timing belt DID NOT have any oil on it. The engine is still leaking today.

Did I install the cam seal incorrectly? Could it be the crank seal or the oil pump seal? Oil pan gasket?

The motor was rebuilt 3k miles ago with new crank seal, oil pump, and oil pan gasket.

chances are its the oil pan gasket, take the pan off and get a new gasket then get some honda bond around it and see if that works and make sure you tighten it down in the right pattern and torque specs
