OBDI GSR suttering/lagging low rpm
What's up everyone! So first off, i have a 1994 civic VX and a 95 OBDI GSR swap. I recently did a head gasket and timing belt change and got problems on problems on problems. Timing was off so i got that fixed. There was a short in the engine harness, fixed that. And nowwwww, my car is lagging around 2-3k while accelerating with no CEL. Using a P72 ecu. NEVER ran like this before i did a head gasket change and reason why i did it was a coolant leak. Now don't get me wrong, i searched up everything.
Solutions that i tried, but didn't work:
-I changed my fuel filter weeks before i did my head gasket change.
-I changed my spark plugs, and spark plug wires
-Sea foamed my car.
-Switched distributors with a friend to see if it was a bad dizzy/rotor/ignition coil.
-Checked my timing with a timing gun
Don't know any other possible solutions that could help it. Any help please? Thanks!

@ RonJ@ht Is there anything else i can do before compression test?
@B_Swapped93 Seafoam is meant to clean out gunk out of your engine bro. lol No check engine light.

@B_Swapped93 Can you scientifically prove it's makes the engine worse? Or are you going based off of experience? If so, then I've heard plenty of people using seafoam and making their car run better. Anyways, anyone else?

K so when you say mechanical timing you mean the cam gears pointing "up" and the white mark on the pulley lined up with the mark on the lower timing belt? if so, then yeah everything is correct. And i also just checked the injectors by warming up the car for 20 mins. and getting my multimeter and check the Ohm's on each one to see if there were any number differences it all turned out to be the same number
